Obertauern is one of the most snow-sure ski resorts in the Alps, with lifts usually running into early May. While other resorts wind down, you ski straight from our door onto the Kehrkopf piste.

Firm snow in the morning

Early birds get grippy snow and long, empty runs. By midday the snow softens, and it's your call: one more run, or a seat in the sun.

Sunshine in the afternoon

Spend the rest of the day in the indoor pool, the sauna or simply outside soaking up the sun. In the evening, meet at the Herzenslust restaurant or the bar. No rush.
