The day begins at the breakfast table.
Breakfast is the heart of the Glöcknerin: served in our panoramic restaurant by the glass front, with views of the snowy mountains. At lunchtime and in the evening, Restaurant Herzenslust cooks right next door, and afterwards the bar awaits. Eating well without leaving the building.

IN THE PANORAMIC RESTAURANT OR YOUR APARTMENT
The heart of it all: our breakfast.
Every day from 7:30 to 10:30 am, breakfast is served in our panoramic restaurant, right by the glass front with views of the snowy mountains. The buffet has everything you need for a great ski day: fresh pastries, fried eggs, fruit, a cappuccino and, for those who like it, a glass of prosecco.
If you’d rather have breakfast in your apartment, order our bread roll service. Breakfast is included in all our rates.

RESTAURANT HERZENSLUST
Herzenslust: real food. Fresh, high-quality, honest.
Open daily from 12 noon to 11 pm, with the kitchen serving from 12 noon to 3 pm and from 6 to 9:30 pm.
Right next door, directly on the slopes, Herzenslust cooks what the team loves to eat: Alpine classics such as Wiener Schnitzel and Kasnock’n, game from our own hunting grounds and dishes with a hint of faraway places. From Tauern venison to burrata, from schnitzel to vegan curry, finishing with the „Schokolust“ chocolate dessert.
At lunchtime, come straight from the slopes, ski boots and all. In the evening, things get calmer, with wood, warm lighting and views of the snowy mountains. The wine cabinet holds Austrian wines, many straight from the winemaker, and the fruit brandies come from our own distillery.

Then on to the bar.
After dinner, the hotel bar awaits, with its fireside lounge, draught beer, cocktails and our multi-gold-winning G. Gin from our own distillery.
FROM OUR OWN FAMILY
Some of it comes straight from us.
The game at Herzenslust comes from our own hunting grounds, as hunting and wildlife care have been in our family for generations. We distil G. Gin and our fruit brandies in our own distillery. And the water comes from our own mountain springs.

Herzenslust starts cooking at 12 noon. At lunchtime, come straight from the slopes, ski boots and all.

Yes, the breakfast buffet until 10:30 am is included in all our rates. If you'd rather have breakfast in your apartment, you can ask for our bread roll service. And if you don't want breakfast at all, simply book without it.
